Context
The client had invested in Zero Trust licences, but adoption was low and performance concerns were holding back rollout.
Approach
- Discovery before policy. Find the applications, their flows, users and dependencies using tooling already in place, then draft least-privilege access policies.
- Non-production first, then production in controlled change windows, one community at a time.
- Clear ownership. The client’s security team owns final policy sign-off; we bring discovery, policy design and AI-assisted recommendations.
